Follow the procedure below to uninstall the NGNTalk software from your computer

1. Select “Start” from the bottom tool bar and then mouse over “Programs.” A list of programs installed on your computer should appear.

2. Scroll down to NGNTalk and an additional menu will appear. Select “Uninstall NGNTalk.”

3. An “Installer Language” box will appear. Select “English” and click “OK.”

4. The NGNTalk Uninstall window will appear. Confirm the file that you will be uninstalling (it will be listed in the “uninstall from” box) and click “Uninstall.”

5. NGNTalk software will be removed from your computer. When the removal process is complete a message will appear. Click “Close” to finish.
