Now that the NGNTalk software has been installed, and your phone is plugged into your computer, you are ready to start making calls. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to log in to your NGNTalk account and use your phone:
1. Locate the NGNTalk icon on your desktop and double click on it to launch the log in screen.*
 * Note: If you are running Windows XP SP2, a warning window will appear asking if you want to keep blocking this program. Select “Unlock” and the NGNTalk log in page will appear.

When the NGNTalk log in screen appears, enter your IP Phone No. (Your IP telephone number), User Name (same as your IP Phone No.), and Password.*
* Note: Your password can be obtained by logging into your NGNTalk Backoffice.
3. Click OK and an image of an IP phone will appear on your screen.

Press the “Dial” button on your phone (see diagram). The “Please Dial” prompt will be displayed on the online phone's screen.

Using either the keypad on your phone or the keypad of the online phone, enter the number you would like to call. The number will appear on the online phone's screen as well.
 6.
Press the “Dial” button on your phone again and the words “Dialing” and “Ringing” will be displayed while your call is being connected.
